He has earned a bachelor's degree in police science administration and graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Culinary in Arts. Basil is seasoned with campagins and worked with elected officials. He is a member of the American Culiary Federation and won the ACF Presidential Award for his Humanitarian efforts.
